If it is said that weddings are made in heaven, a wedding ceremony must also be perfect. After all, this is what we all come back to when describing our marriage. This was the surreal story of Jasleen and Hartaj’s Cinderella wedding. Images from the duo’s wedding ceremonies scream nothing but perfection. Jasleen and Hartaj were introduced to each other by their parents. When Jasleen and Hartaj first met, the duo instantly connected and knew something special was brewing between them. Although the pandemic derailed their plans to get married, the couple waited until things settled down before embarking on a new journey. Fortunately, things calmed down at the time and the duo were able to fly out of Canada to get married.

Planning for the wedding began with a few seasoned distributors, who caught their imaginations and their ideas. Jasleen wanted to have an insider wedding ceremony in an outdoor setting. The place and the decor were chosen accordingly. Jasleen wanted to keep the decor unique and distinctive for each occasion.

The place of Amaltas Farms was illuminated with fairy lights and teeming with flowers that gently twinkled. The sparkle and grandeur of the engagement rings was like the icing on the cake. Chandeliers adorned the premises and all loved ones enjoyed the evening and witnessed the couple’s first step towards a happy future. A foliage covered gazebo with an LED signal added a sprint of glitter that read as “Written in the Star”. Are you wondering about the bride and groom’s outfit? See for yourself how lovely they were. The bride’s outfit was from Abhinav Mishra, while the groom killed off her look in Panjab Bespoke clothing. Jasleen wore a light yellow lehenga, which was embroidered with mirrors and paired with stylish jewelry, while Hartaj killed off the look with his black suit and pants.

the sangeet the ceremony was encapsulated in conventional grandeur. The white and gold decor had accentuated the glamor quotient. A colossal scene that set the LED backdrop and quirky flamingo themed backdrop is awe-inspiring for every bride-to-be. Relatives hit the dance floor and couldn’t help but groove to the music. With a palette of pink and yellow color combinations, Jasleen’s mehendi ceremony was accentuated by marigold decorations. The bride shared the joke with her bridesmaids as she sat on a comfortable swing and got henna engraved on his palms. Jasleen was beaming so bright with purple sharara of Akriti By Ritika and Shakun that it is not possible to take your eyes off her.

The entrance to the place was fantastically furnished with minimalist white pillars flanked by flowers which made it look amazing. As the duo began a new chapter in their lives, the wedding took place under a blanket of sheer white curtains and flowers. The duo opted for a decor on the theme of pastel that matches the greenery of the background. The duo coordinated their outfit from Rimple & Harpreet Narula in keeping with the theme of the wedding. Jasleen’s pastel pink lehenga with a lot of embroidery work was surely to die for. The sequin encrusted skirt is layered with floral and Mughal-esque designs jaalis were rendered using resham zardozi, dabka and nakshi, handmade pearls and crystals. It was associated with an embroidered blouse and a dupattas in shades of blush and carnation pink. Hartaj flaunted a beige colored sherwani and tied a pink colored turban. He also adorned a green colored pearl jewel on his neck.

Jasleen and Hartaj’s reception was all about turning dreams into reality

Mr. and Mrs. Powar’s reception was all about a fairy tale coming to life. It feels like a Cinderella story with a vintage romance that radiates love in every setting. If you are a fan of vintage decors, you will surely want to have a reception like theirs. Jasleen was seen showing off a tangerine and dark red silk lehenga by Rimple & Harpreet Narula. The basic impression of the lehenga is derived from the resistance-dyed cotton fragments of the 18th century and layered with a mixture of patterns – delicate floral sprays found in paintings, fountains, and Pichwai’s birds of paradise; made with resham zardozi, vintage brocade patches, sequins and pearls. Hartaj kept her outfit simple but elegant with a blue striped suit, over a white shirt and blue striped pants.
